  • Competitive Salary: $94,000 - $112,000
  • $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations of assigned unit to ensure quality service according to nursing standards, policies, and regulations.
  • Oversee daily care and maintain restorative health for residents.
  • Develop and implement resident care plans as needed.
  • Evaluate and prioritize care needs for each resident.
  • Supervise, counsel, and manage nurse staff to ensure high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and physicians on resident care planning.
  • Identify procedural issues and work with the Director of Nursing to resolve them.
  • Supervise clinical nursing activities and engage in clinical practice.
  • Act as a main contact for residents and families, addressing concerns.
  • Perform audits, charting, evaluations, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse license in Maryland.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
  • 1-3 years of managerial experience and leadership skills a plus.
  • Experience caring for residents in acute or long-term care settings.
  • Current CPR certification.
