The role emphasizes accountability, quality outcomes, and strong partnership with the Administration, DON, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, compliant care for residents.

Qualifications

• Current CPR Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinical operations of an assigned SNF Unit.
• Provide hands-on clinical leadership and support to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while promoting best practices.
• Monitor clinical outcomes, documentation accuracy, and care plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and surveys with confidence.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Active RN license in good standing
• 2+ years of SNF or long-term care experience (Unit Manager or charge experience preferred)

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Licensed nurse in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions.
2. Previous nursing management or supervisory experience preferred.
3. Demonstrates excellent clinical, customer service and leadership skills.
4. Current CPR Healthcare Provider certification.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Prolonged periods standing, walking, working and frequently pulling, pushing, and bending
2. Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time
