We need a talented and experienced RN Unit Manager to help oversee our nursing staff at Heritagespring Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in West Chester, OH.

Salary: $87,500 to $97,500 Per Year

Responsibilities
  • Providing leadership to nursing staff by overseeing the daily Nursing Department operations
  • Maintaining compliance with Department of Health regulations
  • Promoting excellent customer service experience and clinical outcomes
  • Analyzing trends and implementing solutions for quality assurance initiatives
  • Completing daily documentation and clinical chart reviews
  • Overseeing staffing levels, work schedules, and assignments for staff
  • Performing personnel management duties
  • Participating in recruiting, training, and development of staff
Requirements
  • A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Ohio
  • Proven leadership experience in a nursing home setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in English
  • Familiarity with federal and state laws governing long-term care
  • Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
