Horsham Center for Jewish Life is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our leadership team in North Wales, PA. This role oversees daily nursing operations, ensures quality resident care, and mentors nursing staff.

The RN Unit Manager will supervise staff, coordinate care plans, and ensure regulatory compliance while promoting a collaborative interdisciplinary environment. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) PA license in good standing required.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a nursing team.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.

Position Overview
