In addition to providing excellent nursing care to our patients, the qualified RN for this position should possess patient-focused skilled nursing experience in a leadership role, superior communication skills, dependability, flexibility, and the ability to lead a successful team. The ideal candidate will have prior Long Term Care experience, prior management experience, and demonstrate longevity in work history.
