Job summary

Rochester Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Rochester, NY is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead a care unit and ensure high-quality resident care, while fostering a supportive, patient-centered environment.

You will supervise staff, help establish and implement policies, mentor nurses, review records, and coordinate with management to maintain standards of care and resident well-being. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid State RN License.
• 3 years Long Term Care Experience preferred.
• 2 years Charge Nurse experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
