  • Base pay range: $35.00/hr - $65.00/hr
  • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
  • Annual Pay Range: $80,000 - $95,000

Position Overview

We are seeking an RN Unit Manager at The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Waterview Heights. You will oversee daily nursing operations, mentor staff, enforce policies, and ensure efficient unit functioning while providing excellent resident care.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supervise nursing staff and manage unit operations.
  2. Develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures.
  3. Mentor and support nurses, offering clinical guidance and career advice.
  4. Establish and uphold standards of care for resident safety and well-being.
  5. Review resident records and monitor care quality.
  6. Conduct case reviews and ensure adherence to care plans.
  7. Address resident and family inquiries professionally.
  8. Ensure adequate medical supplies are available.
  9. Advocate for the unit’s interests with upper management.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum of 2 years experience in long-term care (preferred).
  2. At least 1 year experience as a Unit Manager (preferred).
  3. Valid RN License required.
  4. Basic computer skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
