Forest Park Nursing and Rehabilitation in Carlisle, PA is seeking a Unit Manager to lead the nursing team in a skilled care setting. You will oversee daily unit operations, coordinate RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensure care plans are current, and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations to protect residents.

• Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the nursing unit.

• Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive care to residents.
• Conduct regular assessments of residents' needs and update care plans accordingly.
• Implement and monitor infection control measures to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
