Our highly collaborative nursing team works hand in hand with our surgeon teams and other disciplines to coordinate individualized, patient-centered care, support recovery, and prepare patients for a safe transition home. Teamwork is at the heart of our unit, with a strong focus on communication, shared problem-solving, and supporting one another while caring for complex post-surgical patients.
