Job summary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
- Prepare and administer medications and document administration per policy.
- Educate patients on procedures and care plans.
- Record vitals and clinical information accurately.
- Monitor equipment, interpret displays, and respond to changes.
- Assist with discharge planning and bedside care for diverse medical cases.
- Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of care.
