Qualifications

• References: 1 personal and 1 professional

• MMR & Varicella titers
• PPD or chest X-ray if positive
• Knowledge of EMR programs a plus
• Malpractice insurance policy

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients.
