Qualifications

• Active license to practice as RN or LPN in Utah.
• Ability to assess resident needs and develop care plans.
• Familiarity with long-term care regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individual care plans.
• Administer nursing care and supervise CNAs and other staff.
