Qualifications
- Must hold a valid New Jersey RN license.
- Experience in long-term care is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to administer medications and follow physician orders.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications, provide treatments, and implement care plans per physician’s orders.
- Monitor residents’ health status, document changes, and promptly communicate concerns to the healthcare team.
- Offer compassionate care while ensuring residents’ physical and emotional needs are met.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Administrator.
