Endeavor Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Lead to supervise clinical staff across multiple locations in Elmhurst, Downers Grove, Addison, Oak Park and beyond. The role supports the Clinical Supervisor and Practice Manager to ensure quality patient care during all hours.

This position requires travel between sites and a flexible schedule. Qualified candidates hold an Illinois RN license and CPR certification, with BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN license is required.
• CPR certification by the American Heart Association is required.
• Excellent communication and ability to perform well under stress.

Responsabilités

• Supervise staff in the absence of the Clinical Supervisor.
• Collaborate with Clinical Supervisor/Practice Manager to set work priorities and daily assignments.
• Serve as a resource for clinical staff to resolve patient care issues and liaise with physicians.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain professional practice within licensure scope.

Hourly Pay Range:$37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Position Highlights:Position: Registered Nurse Triage (RN) Lead -Location: 1200 S York St, Elmhurst, 2205 Butterfield Rd, Downers Grove, 303 W Lake St, Addison, and 1100 Lake St, Oak ParkFull Time: 40 hours / weekOffice Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PMTravel Required: This role includes some travel to other locations and requires flexible hours to meet operational needsWhat you will do:Collaborates with Clinical Supervisor and Practice Manager to deliver quality care for assigned clinical area during all days and hours of operation. Provides supervision of staff in absence of the Clinical Supervisor. Collaborates with Clinical Supervisor/Practice Manager to determine work priorities, prepare daily work assignments, and monitors compliance for regulatory requirements. Serves as a resource person for clinical staff in resolving operation and patient care problems, acts as physician liaison and role model for staff.
