Job summary

Sprenger Health Care in Wooster, Ohio, is seeking a registered nurse to provide compassionate patient care across our senior living communities. You will perform rounds, assess residents’ conditions, administer treatments per physician orders, and document progress weekly.

Qualifications

• Active registered nurse license.
• Experience in resident care and documentation.
• Ability to work with physicians, supervisors, and families.
• Administer treatments and document progress weekly.

Responsibilities

• Obtain report and implement follow-up action related to residents’ treatment needs.
• Conduct rounds to assess residents’ skin condition and report changes; take follow-up action.
• Instruct nursing assistants in safety measures and use of adaptive equipment.
• Assess and report changes to physicians, nursing supervisor and responsible party; take follow-up action.
• Administer treatments per physician orders and accurately record treatments and weekly progress notes.
