Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Michigan.
• 2 years of recent and consecutive nursing experience in a specialty area.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS required for Critical Care; NIH Stroke Certification recommended.
• For Emergency Department: ACLS, PALS, NIH Stroke Certification, TNCC.
• NICU/Maternity: NRP Certification.
• Long-Term Care/Home Health/Behavioral Health: Fingerprinting clearance.

  • National institute of Neurological disorders and stroke (NIH) Certification
• For Emergency Department positions:
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Pediatric advanced life support (PALS)
  • National institute of Neurological disorders and stroke (NIH) Certification
  • Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC)
• For NICU and Maternity Department positions:
  • Neonatal Recitation Program (NRP) Certification
• For Long Term Care, Home Health and Behavioral Health Department positions:
