Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Develops, implements, evaluates, and revises a plan of care for assigned patients and families, promoting the mission and values of Vibra Travels. The care includes direct care along with delegation and supervision of all nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act. Key components include demonstrating clinical competence, managing patient care, improving quality of care, establishing professional relationships, fulfilling hospital responsibilities, and developing clinical expertise per specialty.

Position Supervisory Responsibilities:

Supervises Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides, and Techs.
