Summary of Job Duties: This posting will be used to fill multiple full-time and part-time positions. Varied shifts are available. The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide direct patient care, coordinate care, triage patients, and collaborate with clinic providers, fellows, and staff. They will work with referral sources, facilitate appointments, coordinate transitions of care, and educate patients on complex conditions. The RN will develop and implement individual health plans with patients, families, and providers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, Diploma, or Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience.
• Valid RN License.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care within the Nurse Practice Act of Arkansas and adhere to institutional policies.
• Assess, document, and develop a Plan of Care.
• Implement and evaluate care, provide education, and administer medication.
• Support and mentor team members, contribute to a positive work environment, and perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, and handling.
• Occasional sitting, bending, and reaching.
• Lift and push weights over 100 lbs.
• Use hands frequently, talk and hear continuously, read and analyze.
