Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a Supervisor, RN Burn Trauma Program Manager at Banner University Medical Center Tucson Campus to lead and coordinate the burn/trauma program, ensuring high-quality patient care and alignment with ACS/ABA standards.

You will supervise staff, drive quality improvement, oversee education for the trauma team, and collaborate across disciplines to optimize outcomes and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Current RN licensure in state of practice.
• BLS certification required; TNCC required; ATCN preferred.
• ABLS certification required within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the burn/trauma program.
• Ensure compliance with ACS/ABA and state regulations.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and data benchmarking.
• Coordinate education for trauma team, staff, residents, and APPs.
• Serve as liaison across nurses, residents, APPs, and attending physicians.
• Support budgeting and staffing decisions within the program.
• Promote staff development and leadership across the service line.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
