Job summary

Banner University Medical Center Tucson is seeking a Supervisor, RN Burn Trauma Program Manager to lead and oversee the burn trauma program, ensuring high-quality patient care and education across the team.

You will coordinate with nurses, APPs, residents and attendings, respond to burn consults, provide patient and staff education, and drive quality improvements while managing daily operations and budget considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• TNCC required; ATCN preferred.
• ABLS certification within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the trauma program.
• Maintain trauma-specific quality program and accreditation compliance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve care and processes.
• Develop data collection, validation and reporting; benchmarking programs (NTDB/TQIP).
• Facilitate trauma education and staff development.
• Assist with budget development and supervise staff.
