Job Description

Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required. 5+ years of experience in emergency, trauma or critical care areas required. 3+ years of quality improvement experience required. Ability to manage projects required. Ability to perform statistical analysis with problem-solving skills required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office software and database management required. Strong organizational skills required. Experience with utilizing performance measurement tools and techniques (e.g., control charts, PDSA) preferred. Current Pennsylvania RN license required.
