Qualifications

• Graduate of RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN License.
• BLS certification or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Care for Post ICU trauma patients on a Telemetry Monitored unit.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Provide nursing assessments, interventions, and monitoring on 5 North Telemetry unit.
