Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) in Danville, PA, seeks a Registered Nurse to join our residential program for adolescent males. You will deliver direct nursing care, monitor residents' health, and support treatment planning in a structured, trauma-informed setting.

This part-time, in-person RN role offers a pay range of $34-$42 per hour, based on experience and education, with opportunities for flexible scheduling, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and ongoing

Formación

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with treatment plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and monitor for effectiveness and side effects.
• Conduct health assessments and respond to medical or psychiatric concerns.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and treatment team members.
• Educate residents on health, wellness, and recovery.
• Support daily programming within the residential setting.
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and regulatory standards.
