The Staff Registered Nurse is responsible for managing and delivering patient care utilizing the nursing process. The role may require floating to other units and participating in on-call status. This position requires population-specific competencies and adherence to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on patient contact level.

Hospice: Must operate an INTEGRIS-owned or personal vehicle with a valid Oklahoma driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
INTEGRIS Mental Health: Preferably operate a vehicle and have a valid Oklahoma driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Emergency Department Only: ACLS certification within 6 months; PALS certification within 12 months of hire.
The RN reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president. Mental health staff must assist with physical restraint of patients using Behavior Management Techniques. The role involves exposure to hazards like infections, chemicals, and potential workplace violence. Safety precautions must be followed, and physical demands may include lifting and handling challenging situations. May float to other units and be on call as needed.
