Position Details

• Registered Nurse (RN) Full-time Nights, 5p-5a with every 4th weekend rotation
• Neuro/Trauma ICU with 34 beds
• Specializes in neuro and trauma critical care
• Comprehensive Stroke Center and Level 2 Trauma Center

Job Summary

• Provides safe, effective patient care under the direction of the unit Director/Nurse Manager/Lead Charge
• Develops expertise in caring for a specific patient population/nursing diagnosis
• May be trained to fulfill Charge Nurse responsibilities, with orientation and competency prior to assuming charge duties

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
• CPR certification within 3 months of hire
• No specific experience required
• Completion of a nursing program diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited school
