Job summary

Orlando Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses with at least one year of RN experience to join our high‑performing RN Family. Be part of Orlando Health’s nationally recognized Level I Trauma program at Orlando Regional Medical Center or other award‑winning hospitals in the system.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Meets all mandatory, developmental, and performance competency requirements for the unit/department.
• Current Florida RN license or valid eNLC multistate license.
• BLS/Healthcare Provider certification current; ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC required for certain areas.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs and develops a plan of care based on patient needs and responses.
• Evaluates patient progress toward expected outcomes.
• Respects diversity by building respectful relationships with all team members and customers.
• Functions as a patient and family advocate.
• Distributes knowledge as a preceptor, charge nurse, unit educator, or nurse clinician.
• Communicates and collaborates with medical staff and interdisciplinary team to manage the unit/department.
