Job summary

Qualifications

• ACLS/BLS certifications must be active; multiple pathways (ARC-ALS, ACLS-I, ACLS-P) acceptable within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions and care plans.
• Communicate care plans with the care team to ensure coordinated daily flow.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and maintain documentation.
• Mentor and precept other nurses and uphold confidentiality and professional standards.
