Job summary

Providence is seeking a Clinical Transplant Coordinator at Swedish First Hill in Seattle. The role focuses on coordinating the clinical aspects of organ transplantation, including evaluation, work-up, and pre/post-transplant care for recipients.

The coordinator will liaise with referring physicians and dialysis centers and handle educational, administrative, and technical tasks. The position requires a BSN, WA RN license on hire, and willingness to master the transplant database.

Qualifications

• BSN required at hire; team encourages pursuit of BSN within five years.
• WA Registered Nurse license required at hire.
• Experience with transplant database desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical aspects of organ transplantation for recipients.
• Serve as liaison to referring physicians and dialysis centers.
• Participate in program development; manage educational, administrative and technical tasks.
• Provide 24-hour on-call coverage from home as part of duties.
• Maintain patient records and information for complete care.
