Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking registered nurses to join an interdisciplinary team providing whole-person care in a transitional care setting. You will deliver patient-centered care, manage medical complexities in a home-like environment, and collaborate to uphold care standards under a shared governance model.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, food handler's permit, at least one year of Med-Surg experience, and supervisory experience with nursing assistants/CNAs.

• Delivering high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals recovering from serious injuries, illnesses, or medical conditions.
• Managing medical complexities such as wound care, IV therapy, dialysis, oxygen therapy, and TPN in a home-like environment.
