Azza HealthCare Agency seeks a Registered Nurse to support patient rehabilitation, oversee treatments, assess needs, and tailor care plans for recovery.

You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, lead patient assessments, deliver direct care, guide staff, and foster strong relationships with patients and families in a patient-centered environment. This on-site role is based in Water Valley, KY, with opportunities to advance clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license per state requirements.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification (preferred).
• Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting (preferred).
