The role you’ll contribute:

The Registered Nurse entering a training program is responsible for providing and supervising direct and indirect total nursing care to specific age groups. Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to achieve nursing goals. Graduate nurses and experienced nurses will be supervised by a preceptor during training, with eventual transition to independent practice after successful completion. Adheres to all applicable regulations and participates in outstanding customer service, maintaining respectful relationships with all.
