Job summary

ProMedica's Toledo Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Surgery department for a full-time afternoon shift. The role requires current Ohio RN licensure and CPR training, with strong clinical judgment and teamwork to achieve patient care goals.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is the core of ProMedica's world-class patient care team. By providing patient-centered care through sensitivity and respect for the diversity of human experience, ProMedica nurses are dedicated to improving health outcomes for our patients and for the communities we serve.As the coordinator of a patient's plan of care, you will interact with the patient, families and the health care team through open communication, mutual respect, and shared decision-making. The RN will assess and formulate a nursing diagnosis, and plan, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of the care plan.In this position, you will work collaboratively with fellow nurses and support staff as you strive to achieve patient care goals. Education: Current CPR training.
