Qualifications

• Must be a Canadian citizen with a valid Canadian passport.
• Must have passed the NCLEX.
• Valid U.S. state license or Canadian license with a pending U.S. endorsement (e.g., New York).
• Minimum 2 years of Canadian nursing experience, or 1 year international + Canadian experience.
• High level of English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care across Med-Surg, Telemetry, HDU, Rehab, or ICU.
• Monitor patients and document in EHR per JCAHO standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers for patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and discharge plans.
