Job summary

Global Hire is recruiting Registered Nurses from Mexico for full-time RN roles at accredited US hospitals under a 3-year placement contract with TN visa eligibility. You will provide bedside care on your assigned unit and work as a licensed RN from day one.

Role spans Med-Surg, ER, ICU, IMCU, and Dialysis units, with unit matching during interview. You’ll join a structured process including licensing steps and facility-specific onboarding.

Qualifications

• English proficiency sufficient for clinical practice.
• Clinical experience in at least one of the listed units (Med-Surg, ER, ICU, IMCU, Dialysis).
• Willingness to obtain a US state RN license and pass the NCLEX-RN.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments per license and unit protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor patient status and elevate clinical changes appropriately.
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team (MDs, RTs, pharmacy, case management).
• Document accurately and on time in the facility EHR.
• Follow infection control, medication safety, and patient safety protocols.
• Support patient dignity, privacy, and quality of care throughout the shift.
