RN Tier 3 Critical Care Float Pool SEAL TEAM

Staff Nurses are responsible for:

1. Performing patient procedures within the nursing scope of practice.
2. Practicing safe medication administration and assessing patient responses.
3. Reviewing and implementing clinical pathways and care coordination.
4. Working night shifts.
5. Full-time position.
6. Floating to all Critical Care Units within the enterprise, including:

• Northern
• Central
• Eastern

Receiving additional float differential.

The Staff Nurse provides professional nursing care to a group of patients within a designated time frame and completes all required documentation.

Qualifications include:

• BSN Degree
• Minimum 4 years of ICU experience
• CCRN certification required
• State-issued RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association & ACLS
• Multistate license preferred
