Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safe, timely, and equitable patient placement using clinical judgment and bed data.
• Serve as a liaison among nursing units, the ED, procedural areas, and ancillary departments to optimize capacity.
• Provide system-wide oversight for patient flow and support high-quality outcomes.
• Promote evidence-based throughput processes and continuous improvement.
