Join Baylor Scott & White Health as a Registered Nurse in Thoracic Surgery & Pulmonary Transplant.

Position Highlights:

• Work in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment specializing in minimally invasive surgeries, esophagectomy, hernia repair, and lung transplantation.
• Supportive leadership fostering learning, mentoring, and professional growth.
• Patient ratios of 1:3 or 1:4 depending on acuity.

Department Details: Pioneering minimally invasive approaches, robotic surgeries, and clinical trials with a multidisciplinary team including surgeons, nurses, therapists, and physicians.
