Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to oversee patient care in Med Tele and Med Surg units in Florida. You will perform detailed clinical assessments, develop and evaluate care plans, and coordinate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include patient and family education, safe workflow, and adherence to professional standards. A valid RN license and BLS certification are required, with 30 days to obtain BLS if needed.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited Nursing Program.
• RN license with no restrictions or stipulations.
• 1+ year RN experience in Med Tele or 2+ years RN experience in Med Surg.

• Perform detailed clinical assessments and develop care plans.
• Create, implement, and evaluate patient care plans with the care team.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and treatments.

Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse, oversee patient care using a professional practice model. Responsibilities include patient assessment, recognizing health issues, creating care plans, and assessing patient responses. Secure patient travel. Know about patient needs in healthcare. Help patients and prevent issues. Follow the Texas Nursing Practice Act and delegate tasks based on condition and team competencies.

Essential Functions Of The Role

• As an RN, conduct detailed clinical assessments and prioritize patient and family needs. Create, implement, and evaluate care plans. Adjust plans to reach desired outcomes.
• Building relationships, managing discomfort, staying professional are vital in therapeutic connections with patients and families.
