Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
• Work Experience in inpatient units desired
• Six months nursing experience in inpatient units or participation in UW Health Nurse Residency Program

Responsibilities

• Join the Thoracic Surgery team caring for lung and esophageal patients
• Assist with chest tube insertions in procedure room within the unit
• Contribute to a dynamic general care/IMC unit with teamwork and compassionate care
• Adopt evidence‑based nursing practices and bring unit innovation
