Job summary

IntelliResume is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the Telemetry Unit at Cleveland Clinic Euclid Hospital in Euclid, Ohio. In this full-time night shift position, you will provide exceptional patient-centered care to adult and geriatric patients with various medical-surgical diagnoses.

About This Role

As an RN in the Telemetry Unit at Cleveland Clinic Euclid Hospital, you will provide exceptional patient-centered care to adult and geriatric patients with various medical-surgical diagnoses. This role is ideal for compassionate caregivers who excel in teamwork and direct patient interaction.

• Pay: $35.50 - $55.60/hour

• Schedule: Full-time, Night shift

What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Evaluate, update, and revise plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned outcomes.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
• Educate patients and families using educational materials considering cultural issues.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing protocol.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (Diploma, ADN, BSN)
• Experience: 1+ year of current acute care RN experience OR military RN experience
• Licenses & Certifications: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN); Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
