Job summary

Adventist Health White Memorial in Los Angeles seeks a registered nurse to deliver coordinated nursing care for patients in the Telemetry Unit, following established standards and the nursing process. The RN will supervise nursing staff and collaborate with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment.

Up to $25,000 sign-on incentive for eligible rehiring or external hires meeting payment conditions. Relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Acute care facility experience preferred.
• HLFS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes data to develop and implement care plans.
• Collaborates with the care team to provide safe, healing care.
• Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Delegates tasks appropriately and coordinates duties of the healthcare team.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
