Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Telemetry competency required.
- Licensed RN in the State of Illinois.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills expected.
- Ability to assess and coordinate patient care and staff scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily unit operations and coordinate nursing care.
- Supervise staff and ensure staffing matrix compliance.
- Ensure timely admit orders and accurate documentation.
- Promote patient safety and quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with management to drive unit cost effectiveness.
