Job summary

Qualifications

• Active PA RN license or multi-state eNLC license.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
• Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate.
• Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide and coordinate patient care.
• Initiate, monitor, and revise interdisciplinary plans of care based on assessments and physician orders.
• Complete patient documentation to promote interdisciplinary communication.
• Provide ongoing teaching to patients and families across the continuum of care.
• Support the development of students and new staff, potentially serving as a preceptor.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.
