Qualifications

• Active PA RN license or eNLC multi-state licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate, Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate, and Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Clearance Certificate must be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide and coordinate patient care.
• Initiate, monitor, and revise interdisciplinary plans of care based on assessments and physician orders.
• Complete patient documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide ongoing education to patients and families across the continuum of care.
• Support the development of students and new staff, potentially serving as a preceptor.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.
