Job summary

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a full-time RN for self-scheduling night shifts in Med Surg Telemetry. The role supports staffing needs across multiple hospitals with no mid-shift floating.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years' experience in telemetry nursing, a current RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications. This position offers a flexible schedule, and the expected pay ranges from $40.48 to $61.74 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years recent RN experience in Medical Surgical Telemetry.
• Current state licensure as Registered Nurse (RN).
• Experience in telemetry monitoring in acute care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care through sound procedures.
• Perform admission assessments within designated time frames.
• Assess and document patient pain levels using protocols.
• Collaborate with health-care teams to prioritize patient problems.
• Monitor patient condition and effectiveness of care.
• Delegate components of the nursing care plan appropriately.
• Plan patient care in collaboration with other disciplines.
