Department: Float Staffing

Shift Timings: 19:00-07:30 Hours, 3 days, 12-hour shifts (Monday - Friday)

Location: Grand Blanc, MI, 48439 - Onsite

Contract Duration: 3 months+

Experience Level: 1-3 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with healthcare team members.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years' experience in the specialty area. RN's may take assignments in SICU, MICU, NTICU, and SD.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required. TNCC, CRRT, NIH, balloon pump preferred.
• This is a float assignment with daily staffing adjustments every 4 hours, with potential to be assigned to new tasks in 4-hour blocks. Basic dysrhythmia testing competency needed.
