Job summary

RightSite Health in San Antonio, TX is seeking an experienced registered nurse to support dispatch operations and clinical workflows. This role focuses on streamlining patient flow, managing prescription workflows, and coordinating with physicians and navigators to ensure timely care handoffs.

The position offers an evening schedule (1:30 pm – 10:00 pm), full-time benefits, and the chance to impact emergency care delivery by supporting frontline teams in a fast-paced telehealth and on-site

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license required.
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience (urgent care/ED/telehealth/triage preferred).
• Strong communication and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage prescription workflows, including refills and follow-ups, per protocol.
• Assist clinicians and navigate high-touch patients needing care plan clarification.
• Coordinate with physician and navigator teams for timely handoffs and patient updates.
• Monitor cases for escalation and activate back-up as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation across workflows.
