Cynet Health is seeking a registered nurse for Tele/ED float assignments in California. The role focuses on high-volume emergency care, telemetry interpretation, and patient safety in a dynamic setting. This travel position offers 13 weeks with day shifts and 12-hour rotations.

Requirements include 2 years of ED experience, valid state RN license, ACLS/BLS/NIHSS certifications, and the ability to float across facilities. Holiday coverage is expected, with potential for additional shifts.

Description:This position is for emergency department holding.The candidate will work in a high-volume environment with opportunities for additional shifts if desired.Epic experience is required, and candidates with strong qualifications may be considered even if they are first-time travelers with 3+ years of experience.

The patient ratio is 4:1.Interdisciplinary support is available from physical therapy, respiratory services, social services, and pharmacy, among others.Patient demographics include adults and geriatrics.

Key responsibilities include managing cardiac telemetry, performing dysrhythmia interpretations, and administering blood products.Experience with various medical procedures such as central line care and tracheostomy care is preferred.The role may involve floating to nearby facilities if necessary.

Candidates must commit to working three out of five holidays.Refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment.References are required covering a year of experience in nursing roles.This position may require extra documentation for compliance purposes.
