Job summary

Trilogy in Hudsonville, MI is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct, quality clinical care and serve as a Team Leader to patient care staff on the unit.

You will lead a team, ensure medications and treatments are executed, document thoroughly, and participate in care planning and family teaching, with support and ongoing professional growth. The role emphasizes compassionate care and collaboration with physicians, charge nurses, and leadership to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license and CPR certification.
• Provide direct, quality clinical care and act as a Team Leader for patient care staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure proper administration of medications and treatments, documentation, family teaching, care planning, and patient care conferences.
• Use the nursing process to deliver patient care from admission through discharge and return to family.
• Visit residents daily to assess physical and emotional status and escalate changes to the charge nurse, physician, or Director of Nursing.
