Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a current state RN license.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong clinical care and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct care providers to ensure medications and treatments are executed correctly.
• Use the nursing process to deliver patient care from admission through discharge.
• Assess residents daily and notify changes to charge nurse/physician.
• Identify emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures in absence of a physician.
• Perform administrative duties like forms, reports, and charting.
